At Milagros Madrid, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the following policy.

1. Eligibility for returns
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- Products can only be returned once they have been physically delivered to the customer.
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- International return shipping costs, customs duties, tariffs, and taxes are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.
- Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In their original condition
- With all original tags, labels, and packaging
Important notes
- Trying on clothing or products to check size and fit is permitted.
- Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, odors, stains, or washing will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of multiple sizes or variants purchased intentionally for selection.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return request procedure
Step 1 — Contact
Send your return request to:

The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
Include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Product photos (if applicable)
Step 2 — Return instructions
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return address of our international logistics partner.
Please note that returned products may need to be shipped to our supplier's warehouse in Asia, depending on the product and its origin.
Step 3 — Shipping the item
The customer is solely responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Customs fees
- Import taxes
- Carrier fees
- Any additional international shipping costs
We strongly recommend using a shipping service that includes:
- Tracking (Track & Trace)
- Insurance
- Delivery confirmation
Milagros Madrid is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
3. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless legally required.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
4. Non-returnable items
For hygiene, safety, or operational reasons, some products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Customized or tailor-made products
- Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items
- Opened beauty or cosmetic products
- Final sale or clearance items
These exceptions will be clearly indicated where applicable.
5. Damaged or incorrect orders
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- An incorrect order

Include clear photos of:
- The received item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
- The detected problem
We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution.
6. Shipping liability
Milagros Madrid is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping company
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Loss of packages due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information
- Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or external logistical incidents
Customers are responsible for verifying that shipping information is correct before completing the purchase.
Address correction
If you detect an error in your shipping address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.
7. Order cancellation
Orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt shipment. Therefore:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.
- Once the order enters the processing or shipping phase, cancellation may not be possible.
